Our Story

More than a directory — a directory with a point of view.

AHF is a curated, vetted directory of men’s health clinics — in-person and online — built because the existing landscape is loud, confusing, and rarely honest about what works. We list providers we’d actually let our own family use. We write educational content that names what’s real and what’s marketing. We don’t accept payment for rankings. This page is who we are and why we built it.

Why AHF exists

The men’s-health clarity problem.

The men’s health industry has a clarity problem. Telehealth clinics promise transformation in 48 hours. Wellness influencers stack TRT, HRT, peptides, and GLP-1s with no clinical framework. Established clinics quietly do solid work but get drowned out by the operators with bigger ad budgets. For a man trying to figure out his options — whether he’s evaluating TRT for the first time, comparing GLP-1 protocols, or considering a peptide for recovery — the signal-to-noise ratio is brutal.

We built AHF because we got tired of sifting through marketing copy to find legitimate providers. The first version of this directory was a spreadsheet. The current version is a vetted listing of 900+ clinics across 37 states, growing weekly, with educational content written by people who actually know the protocols. The job is to put the right information next to the right providers so men can make informed decisions, not get sold to.

We don’t prescribe, treat, or guarantee outcomes. Our role is curation — show you who’s worth talking to, equip you with what to ask, and stay out of the medical decision itself. That’s the line we hold.

How we’re different

We vet, we delist

Every clinic is reviewed against fixed criteria — prescriber credentials, lab cadence, prescription pathway, state coverage, ongoing care model. Clinics that fail get removed. We have the spine to delist when something stops being defensible.

No paid rankings

Editorial picks are independent of commercial relationships. We may earn affiliate revenue when readers click through to an online provider, but those relationships don't change who appears on the page or how they're ranked.

We write what we'd want to read

Long-form guides on TRT, GLP-1, peptides, ED, and the broader men's-health landscape — written by people who actually know the protocols. No transformation copy, no listicle scams, no medical advice in either direction.

We don't prescribe

Our role is curation. Show you who's worth talking to, equip you with what to ask, and stay out of the medical decision itself. That's the line we hold.
