I was unable to make it into the office because I travel for work. I finally made it in and they had to call someone to reset my account. In the span of a half an hour 5 other people came in with my same issue. I made my payment and now it shows that I still have an outstanding balance and won't process my refill. At this point I'm looking for another provide because of the inconsistency with the billing process and the constant problems with the app!
