    About thrIVe Wellness

    Clinic Overview & Credentials

thrIVe Wellness occupies a suite on Eglin Pkwy NE in Fort Walton Beach, offering a menu that spans IV hydration, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, aesthetics, and sexual health treatment under one roof. Across 62 verified Google reviews dating from March 2019 through April 2026, the clinic holds a 4.73-star average, with 56 of those reviews landing at five stars. That distribution is not incidental; it reflects a consistent pattern in what patients describe when they write about the place.

The clinic's name leans into its IV therapy identity, but the service list extends considerably further. Testosterone replacement, HGH therapy, thyroid treatment, PRP, hair restoration, ED treatment, B12 and lipotropic injections, body composition analysis, brain health support, and glutathione infusions all appear on the menu alongside the IV drips that anchor the brand. For a single-location practice in the Florida Panhandle, that breadth is notable.

What Verified Reviews Surface About thrIVe Wellness in Fort Walton Beach

The 62 Google reviews on file break down into clear thematic clusters, and the numbers tell a specific story.

Staff quality is the dominant theme, appearing in 48 of 62 reviews (77.4 percent). Positive sentiment accounts for 46 of those 48 mentions. Patients repeatedly name individual staff members, describe attentiveness during procedures, and cite a sense of being genuinely looked after rather than processed. Subjective results appear in 37 reviews (59.7 percent), with 34 of those 37 expressing positive outcomes. Facility quality surfaces in 19 reviews (30.6 percent), all positive, with recurring language around cleanliness, private rooms, and décor. Communication appears in 9 reviews (14.5 percent), though 3 of those 9 carry negative sentiment, typically around scheduling clarity. Wait time is mentioned in 6 reviews, with 5 of 6 positive. Prescriber quality, specific results, and value for cost each appear in 4 reviews (6.5 percent each).

The honest picture: the clinic earns its rating primarily on the patient-facing experience, not on a documented clinical credential stack. Staff warmth and facility presentation drive the bulk of the positive signal. Specific, outcome-focused reviews exist and are compelling, but they represent a smaller share of the total.

    “

Walked in to a beautifully decorated and clean lobby, Ciera at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and professional. Got to the private room that was extremely clean with a comfy relaxing esthetic. Garnett was wonderful and knowledgeable, administered the IV and explained the procedure perfectly. Making sure I was comfortable and informed. Both ladies checked in a few times to ensure I was good. All around a wonderful experience, very efficient and flawless. Highly recommend!

Last Friday I experienced severe heat exhaustion due to high temperatures in Florida. It got to the point of passing out, vomiting and muscle cramps. My friend immediately helped me get cooled down and ensured I got home safely. But still the effects were lingering. I still felt bad on Saturday. Then I remembered I had seen Thrive Wellness offer IV Hydration. I decided I really needed to try this. I chose the Myers Cocktail IV, but I was not expecting the amazing results. I started feeling a little better almost immediately, but by that evening I was feeling great! I noticed I had a feeling of peace and restfulness that I had not felt in months. My mind felt clear, my muscles were not hurting like they normally do, and the wrinkles on my arms were half what they were! Yes, I said that! I had the most restful night's sleep that I have had in months. And the fatigue that has plagued me so much these last few years has gone!

The Facility Experience in Fort Walton Beach

The physical environment at thrIVe Wellness draws consistent comment. Reviews describe a decorated lobby, private treatment rooms with recliners, individual television access, music options, and blankets. The word "soundproof" appears in at least one account. Several patients note they brought a friend and used the private room setup for conversation during their infusion. The facility reads, in review language, less like a clinical waiting room and more like a designed wellness environment.

That design choice appears deliberate. For IV therapy specifically, the private-room model addresses a common friction point in the category: the social awkwardness of sitting in an open bay. Patients who mention the facility almost always pair the observation with a comment about staff attentiveness, suggesting the two elements reinforce each other in the overall experience.

    “

Went today for the first time and got the Pre Party IV, it was amazing! The staff is very welcoming and the place is beautiful. There are private rooms where you're able to watch TV or listen to music while you're getting the IV. Overall 10/10 great experience! I would recommend coming here to anyone.

Staff and Prescriber Experience at the Fort Walton Beach Location

The staff quality signal in these reviews is unusually strong, even by the standards of wellness clinics that tend to attract favorable reviews. Forty-six of 48 staff-related mentions are positive, and patients frequently name specific individuals. A practitioner named Lidia (or Lydia, across different reviews) appears in multiple accounts specifically tied to hormone replacement therapy consultations. Reviewers credit her with patience, clinical knowledge, and the ability to explain complex protocols without making patients feel rushed.

The prescriber-quality theme, while appearing in only 4 reviews, carries meaningful signal. One long-term patient describes a two-year arc that moved from B12 injections through weight loss support into biweekly HRT, crediting a specific APRN by name for navigating the hormone protocol. That kind of longitudinal patient relationship, documented in a public review, suggests the practice retains patients across service categories rather than cycling through one-time visits.

    “

I love this clinic and all of the staff! I've been going here for about 2 years. It started with b12 injections, dabbled in some weightloss and now I go biweekly for hormone replacement therapy. The staff is always so kind and make you feel welcomed!! They take the time to answer any and all questions, without making you feel rushed. I spend less than 5 minutes there, typically, for my HRT injection. Lidia, the APRN that helped me figure out my hormones is the absolute best!!!! I will forever be grateful for her knowledge and patience helping me get back to 'normal'.

    M.·January 2025·Google

One reviewer who visited for Botox described the provider as deserving five stars while expressing frustration with the walk-in process. That review, rated four stars, is the clearest signal in the dataset that the clinical staff and the operational systems are not always in sync.

Specific Results Patients Describe in Fort Walton Beach

Four reviews in the dataset offer outcome-specific accounts rather than general satisfaction language. The specificity in these reviews is worth noting because it goes beyond "I felt better."

One patient describes arriving on day three of a debilitating migraine and leaving an hour later with, in their words, zero pain. Another describes using the Myers Cocktail after severe heat exhaustion and reporting improved sleep, reduced muscle soreness, and mental clarity by that evening. A third arrived severely dehydrated and nauseous, was seen immediately, and credits the treatment with keeping them out of the emergency room. A fourth used the "Crud Buster" IV during a four-day viral illness and reported the headache resolved before the drip finished.

These accounts are patient-reported and cannot be independently verified. They are also unusually specific for a wellness clinic review set, which typically skews toward general satisfaction language. The Myers Cocktail formulation, as described in one review, included vitamin B12, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, antioxidants, and glutathione.

    “

Y'all. I suffer from migraines. Debilitating, soul crushing pain, typically for 3-5 days in a row. My amazing friend, Tucker (owner of thrIVe) texted me last night on day 3 of a whopper and suggested I go in for a Migraine Therapy IV. I was at their door about 2.5 minutes after they opened today, and let me tell you, about an hour later I walked out with ZERO pain. It was a simple, relaxing procedure, the staff was very empathetic and cautious with my pain (dimmed lights, no noise, warm blanket) and I felt better than I have all week.

    Honest Breakdown: Where Friction Appears

The review dataset contains 5 non-five-star reviews: 3 one-star, 2 three-star, and 1 four-star. That is below the threshold for a dedicated critical section, so the friction analysis is folded here alongside the "not the right fit" framing.

The four-star review, described above, documents a scheduling inconsistency. The reviewer, who drove 45 minutes to the clinic, was told the provider would not be available despite calling ahead. The review notes that staff were friendly about the situation but that the walk-in model created a real inconvenience for patients traveling from outside Fort Walton Beach. The reviewer ultimately found a closer provider.

One three-star review raises a procedural concern: a patient who had purchased a multi-injection package felt that a technician administered the injection too quickly, in two to three seconds, without the usual sensation of liquid being delivered. The reviewer notes this was a single experience with one technician and explicitly says it does not represent the whole practice. The same review praises the atmosphere and a prior provider named Amanda.

    “

Friendly and inviting environment. I like the services they offer. My first visit with Amanda was good, I think she was great. I bought the buy 3 injections get one free. However, my 3rd visit left me with questions. Unfortunately I did not get the technician's name who helped me today. I do not know if was just me. But I did not feel as if the injection vial was emptied at all. It took her literally 2-3 seconds injecting '2 vials' one after another. Usually I would feel the cold liquid medication being injected, but did not feel it with this visit as it only took her 3 seconds as I mentioned above. I felt rushed. I now learned my lesson and will just get the injections on my arm from now on. Again, the atmosphere is great. One inadequate visit with a technician is not the whole company.

    A. C.·July 2024·Google

The communication theme carries 3 negative mentions out of 9 total, a higher friction rate than any other theme in the dataset. The pattern suggests that while most patients find staff responsive and informative, appointment clarity and walk-in logistics represent a genuine operational inconsistency rather than an isolated complaint.

When thrIVe Wellness in Fort Walton Beach Is Not the Right Fit

Patients who need guaranteed same-day access and are traveling significant distances should confirm provider availability before making the trip. The walk-in model, while efficient for local patients, has produced at least one documented frustration for someone driving from outside the immediate area.

Patients seeking extensive documented clinical credentials or published outcome data will find the public record thin. The clinic's Google presence does not surface certifications, accreditation details, or clinical staff bios, and the source data does not include that information. Patients for whom that documentation matters should ask directly before scheduling.

The value-for-cost theme surfaces 4 reviews with split sentiment: 2 positive, 2 negative. One reviewer reports saving hundreds of dollars compared to other area clinics and receiving comparable or better care. Another implies dissatisfaction without specifying the cost concern. Pricing transparency appears to be adequate for most patients but not universally clear.

Frequently Asked Questions: thrIVe Wellness, Fort Walton Beach

What IV therapy options does the clinic offer, and what do patients say about the experience?

The menu includes named drips such as the Myers Cocktail, a Migraine Therapy IV, a "Pre Party" IV, a "Crud Buster" IV, and hydration-focused options. Patient reviews describe infusions taking approximately 45 minutes in private rooms with television, music, and blankets. One reviewer described the Myers Cocktail as containing vitamin B12, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, antioxidants, and glutathione. The private-room format is consistently praised for comfort and discretion.

    “

Have been dealing with some sort of viral junk for four days! A friend recommended that I go in and get the 'crud buster' IV. Headache was gone by the time my IV was done, and my tech said that I was probably dehydrated...And that's so many symptoms can be connected to that!! Feeling better already and it's only been 45 minutes since I finished my IV!

    M. T.·March 2025·Google

Does the clinic offer hormone replacement therapy, and who manages those protocols?

Yes. The service list includes testosterone replacement therapy, HGH therapy, and thyroid treatment. Patient reviews specifically name an APRN identified as Lidia (or Lydia) as the practitioner managing hormone consultations. One patient documents a two-year relationship with the clinic that evolved from B12 injections through weight loss support into biweekly HRT injections, describing the prescriber as knowledgeable and patient in explaining the protocol.

How long do appointments typically take?

Wait time and appointment duration appear in 6 reviews, with 5 of 6 expressing positive experiences. One patient who visits weekly for injections notes a total visit time of approximately three minutes. IV infusions, by contrast, run around 45 minutes based on multiple accounts. The clinic operates on a walk-in model for some services, which means same-day access is generally available but not guaranteed for specific providers.

Does the clinic offer a military or first responder discount?

At least one verified reviewer explicitly mentions a military and first responder discount as a feature of the practice. The reviewer describes the discount as part of what makes the pricing reasonable for ongoing weekly injection visits. Prospective patients should confirm current discount terms directly with the clinic, as pricing structures can change.

    “

I've been going here for approximately seven weeks and have found the staff to be very accommodating and professional. I'm terrible at remembering names (sorry) however all of the laddies whom have given me my weekly injection seem to have a great 'bed side' manner and welcoming disposition. I'm literally only there for 3 minutes and I am gone (hardly no wait time at all) Easy peasy if you ask me! Equally as important are the reasonable prices for the services I am receiving. They also offer a military/first responder discount too! Thanks!

    J.·August 2024·Google

What do patients say about the staff's communication style?

Communication appears as a theme in 9 reviews, with 6 positive and 3 negative mentions. The positive accounts describe staff who take time to explain procedures, answer questions without making patients feel rushed, and check in during treatments. The negative mentions cluster around scheduling clarity, particularly around the walk-in versus appointment distinction. Patients who need certainty about provider availability are advised to call ahead.

Is the clinic appropriate for first-time IV therapy patients?

Multiple reviews are explicitly first-visit accounts, and the pattern across them is consistent: staff explain the procedure before starting, check in during the infusion, and orient new patients to the menu. One reviewer notes that the owner helped select the right IV for their situation. The private-room setup appears to reduce the anxiety that some first-time patients associate with clinical environments.

    “

Fantastic service and friendly, helpful, staff! I had an IV and my mom had botox. Everybody we worked with was friendly and helpful. The owner helped me pick exactly which IV was right for me! I have been feeling amazing for days! I will definitely be going back!

    M. H.·September 2021·Google

What aesthetic services are available at the Fort Walton Beach location?

The services list includes aesthetics as a category, and verified reviews specifically reference Botox. One reviewer mentions "getting rid of those stubborn wrinkles" as a service available at the clinic. PRP therapy and hair restoration are also on the menu. Specific aesthetic protocols, pricing, and provider availability are not detailed in the public review record and should be confirmed directly with the practice.

How does the value compare to other clinics in the area?

The value-for-cost theme surfaces in 4 reviews with split sentiment. One reviewer reports saving hundreds of dollars compared to other area clinics while receiving comparable or better care. A separate reviewer describes the pricing for weekly injections as reasonable and highlights the discount program as a contributing factor. Two reviews carry less positive value signals, though neither specifies the exact concern. The overall picture suggests pricing is competitive for most patients but not universally perceived as straightforward.

    “

I have had a wonderful experience with all visits here. I have received various services. They are not trying to oversell or over charge here. They value your health and best self. Lydia is not only a wonderful person, but a skilled and knowledgeable professional. Her communication and advice left me feeling restored and confident in how to maintain feeling my best! Thank you so much for the services. I definitely recommend over others in the area! I saved hundreds of dollars here and feel better than i did visiting other more expensive clinics.

    A. G.·January 2024·Google

Can the clinic handle urgent hydration needs, or is it primarily for scheduled wellness visits?

Several reviews describe patients arriving in acute distress. One arrived severely dehydrated, nauseous, and with a significant headache and was seen immediately. Another came in on day three of a migraine. A third sought help after heat exhaustion. In each case, the reviews describe prompt attention and attentive care. The clinic does not appear to position itself as an emergency facility, but the walk-in model and the nature of IV hydration therapy mean it can accommodate same-day urgent wellness needs.

Does the clinic offer weight loss support beyond injections?

The service menu includes medical weight loss, B12 injections, lipotropic injections, and body composition analysis. At least one reviewer describes a progression from B12 injections into a weight loss program before transitioning to hormone therapy, suggesting the clinic supports multi-phase wellness plans rather than single-service visits. Specific protocols, medications, and eligibility criteria are not detailed in the public record.

What is the overall patient retention pattern based on reviews?

Several reviews describe repeat visits over extended periods. One patient documents two years of ongoing care. Another mentions multiple visits across different service categories. A third describes weekly injections over seven weeks with consistent satisfaction. The retention signal in the review dataset is stronger than typical for a wellness clinic, where one-time or seasonal visits are common.

Are there any documented concerns about procedural consistency?

One three-star review raises a specific concern about injection technique during a third visit in a package. The reviewer felt the procedure was completed too quickly and did not produce the usual physical sensation of medication delivery. The same reviewer explicitly notes this was one experience with one technician and does not characterize it as representative of the practice overall. No other reviews in the dataset raise comparable procedural concerns.

How does the clinic handle patients who are new to hormone therapy?

The prescriber-quality theme, while appearing in only 4 reviews, includes detailed accounts of hormone consultations. Patients describe a thorough intake process, time taken to explain options, and follow-up across multiple visits. The APRN referenced in reviews appears to specialize in hormone protocols and is described as approachable for patients who are uncertain about where to start. Patients with complex hormone histories should confirm the scope of the clinic's diagnostic capabilities before scheduling.
