Brickell is full of rooms that want a man in his thirties, a credit card, and forty-five minutes. Testosterone, a drip, maybe peptides, back to the garage. Infinity Medical Wellness is not that room. On the fourth floor at 40 SW 13th Street, Diana Aristizabal runs a cash-pay family practice that also infuses ketamine, replaces hormones, injects PRP, and puts people on a weekly weight-loss protocol. Kids come in. Spouses come in. Somebody showed up last year because they needed school forms filled out and did not want to be processed in twelve minutes. That is a different business than the TRT mill two blocks over.

The office on SW 13th

Brickell Metrorail is a short walk. Valet is in the building. There is metered street parking, and you can self-park by the Publix a few feet away. From downtown you come southwest onto SW 13th. From the Beach it is MacArthur Causeway onto I-395. From Coral Gables you work north toward SW 1st Avenue and then onto 13th. Parking is not a footnote here. Parking is whether you make the appointment.

Diana Aristizabal is who you are seeing. University of Miami MSN, psychology undergrad with a biology minor, board-certified family nurse practitioner. Patients still call her Doctor, Dra, family physician. She is an NP. Angelina is in the room on at least the hair-PRP visits. If you need an MD or a DO on the door, this is the wrong suite.

Spanish is spoken here in a way that is not a translated banner. A woman who has been coming for almost three years wrote her whole story in Spanish: pain, walking limits, an A1C so high that doctors in Maryland had already queued her for insulin, 216 pounds when she arrived. Seven months later she was down 60 pounds, off the insulin plan, glucose holding on a weekly medication. If you want the visit in Spanish, say so when you book.

The office is newer than the reputation. Diana was seeing people before this suite existed. House calls in 2020. A 20-mile dash for someone's father. Years at Tristar, which still shows up in old reviews. She opened Infinity Medical Wellness here in late 2023. A 2024 patient called the new location gorgeous. Someone in 2026 called it Infinity Medical Spa. Same woman, same Brickell floor. She will still come to you. House calls cover check-ups, post-op, IVs, urgent visits, with no published radius and no published fee. Telehealth is offered across Florida. Ask which version of the visit you are buying: the chair in 406, a living room, or a screen.

What she actually does

Start with primary care, because that is what the office is, even when the internet tries to file it under testosterone.

People come for annuals, flu, a post-Covid vitamin drip, headaches, school forms, and the kind of visit where a mother brings her kids and her husband in the same practice. One patient said the time she spent on school forms was not comparable to a regular office. Nobody rushed her. That is the product. "Concierge" on her site is the same idea with a nicer noun: longer visits, a check-in after hours when someone is spiraling, a referral out when the problem is bigger than the suite. She will see adolescents. She will order labs. Consults are not billed to health insurance. Blood work and imaging she orders can still go through a patient's plan. You pay at the visit with a card, HSA, or FSA, and she is supposed to tell you the number before you sit down. She does not publish that number. One patient called the prices excellent and left it there. Ask.

Weight loss is the loudest result people bother to write down. She talks about thyroid, low testosterone, PCOS, insulin resistance, anxiety, and stress as the reasons a diet dies, then weekly injections. She does not name a brand. Do not assume one. A man wrote that he lost 70 pounds on the program and that she stayed with him the whole way. The Spanish-language patient above lost 60 pounds in under seven months and kept her A1C normal without insulin. Another started as a primary-care patient, finally said the weight thing out loud, got put on the program, and also liked the vitamin IVs. That sequence is the office: you do not walk in and get a shot. You talk, then the protocol shows up.

Hormones are for men and women, with labs attached. Testosterone for men. Custom female hormones for menopause and the rest of the messy middle. That is why people keep tagging her as a TRT clinic. It is a service she offers, including to a man who came in for a Vitamin C drip and kept coming back for testosterone and methylene blue. It is not why the suite exists. If you want a waiting room full of other men and a protocol that never has to work for a spouse in menopause, Brickell will sell you that somewhere else.

Ketamine is the other thing she is known for, besides the family visits. IV infusions, aimed at treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and chronic pain, argued as better than a nasal spray because the gut is out of the way. A third talked about anxiety easing in language that went past medicine into the spiritual, which is their word, not a brochure. She does not publish how many infusions, how much they cost, or what the protocol looks like on week three. If that is why you are coming, you need those three things on the phone.

IVs are the walk-in texture. Vitamin drips and NAD. A man came in after Covid for a boost and wrote that the office sits right in the heart of Brickell. The Vitamin C visit is the one that turned into ketamine talk, TRT, and methylene blue. Methylene blue is his phrase. NAD is on the menu. There is no drip menu with prices.

PRP splits. She advertises joint injections. She has also done hairline PRP, with Angelina in the room, and a Spanish-speaking patient came for PRP too. Knees are on the menu. Hair is something she has done. Ask which injection you are booking. Peptides got a thank-you in that hair visit. There is no peptides page.

The rest of the menu is real enough to ask about and too thin to build a day around: PrEP and STD prevention, addiction medicine (she names it next to ketamine), migraine and chronic pain, adolescent visits, skincare she has actually recommended with results a patient said showed up on the timeline she promised. Somebody called it an aesthetic center. It is not. It is a family NP with a side door. Erectile dysfunction is not a lead offering. Hormones are the closest thing she publishes in that direction.

How it feels in the room

Seventy-three people have left Google reviews, every one of them five stars, from 2022 through this past June. There is not a single one-star or two-star note in the pile. That is a limit. Perfect scores are easy to collect and hard to trust. The useful part is not the 5.0. It is what people bother to mention twice.

They mention time. Not being rushed. Labs explained. A follow-up after the office should have been closed. A neighbor sending a neighbor. A sister sending a sister. A former coworker who sat in the chair and then went back to nursing school because of how the visit felt. That last sentence is odd, and it is worth more than "great service."

They mention Brickell, in English and in Spanish, with families in the room. They mention primary care plus one extra thing: the weekly shots, the vitamin IV, the ketamine, the hormones, the hair PRP, the headache, the skin. They call the office pretty, calm, clean. Someone who had known her before this address said the new location was gorgeous.

They will not tell you the wait on a Tuesday, whether Thursday is open, what the consult costs, what a ketamine series costs, what is in the weekly injection, or whether Angelina is working that day.

The parts that will waste a trip if you skip them

She does not take health insurance for the visit or the plan. You get an invoice you can try out-of-network. Labs and scans she orders can still run through insurance. HSA and FSA are fine. Medicare is not. If you need the consult in-network, stop.
