Kendall Drive west of the Turnpike is not Brickell. It is not Doral. It is not 74th Street in South Miami, and it is not Bird Road in 33175. Zip 33176 here is west Kendall: North Kendall Drive, which is the same pavement as SW 88th Street, the Don Shula (874) peeling in from the south, the Snapper Creek (878) a few lights over, and a six-building office park from the mid-1980s called Kendall Summit. Building D is 11430. Suite 108 is the door this page is about. Put 40 SW 13th in the GPS and you will miss the appointment. Put 11440 in the GPS and you will be in a different building in the same park, looking at a first-floor suite that has been advertised for lease. Put 18005 SW 88th Court in the GPS and you will be in Palmetto Bay, at a mailing address, not a waiting room.

Intyma is Briseida Gordillo's Kendall office: one board-certified family nurse practitioner, suite 108, zip 33176. Gynecology first. Hormones for him and her, sexual medicine, a medical weight-loss program, Botox, filler, PRP, a named facial menu, IVs, and pelvic-floor work sit on top of that.

The contact page says it in capital letters: to make an appointment, please call us. There is an inquiry form if you want to leave a name and a question. There is no live public calendar. Their own pages print Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday is closed. That grid is on the contact page and in the footer of every treatment page. Google currently only shows Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and the hours widget currently says Closed, opens Thursday at 9:00 AM. That is a scrape, not a schedule. The office on North Kendall Drive

11430 is Kendall Summit D: three stories, about 37,000 square feet, put up around 1986, one building in a park of six that adds up to roughly 174,000 square feet on 8.2 acres at 11400–11440 N Kendall Drive. You are two blocks east of the Florida Turnpike and about three miles west of Baptist Hospital Kendall, which sits at 8900 N Kendall Drive, still in 33176, a different driveway. Dadeland Mall is farther east on the same Kendall pavement, down toward US 1. Do not GPS the mall. The retail you can walk to from this lot is The Palms at Town & Country: Publix, a UPS Store, MOD Pizza, Wells Fargo, Casavana, Pisco Y Nazca, a Country Inn & Suites. Confirm 11430. Confirm 108. Confirm (305) 677-3578. Confirm the name on the confirmation is Intyma.

That last part is not a courtesy. Their own pages print the street as 11430 Southwest 88 street, Suite 108. North Kendall Drive and SW 88th Street are the same road. Same suite. The state filing has printed Ste D-108, which is this building letter plus this suite number. A leasing card in the same park has listed Ste 108/109 as available — at 11440, a different pile. Suite 110 in 11430 has been Physio2restore. Suite 203 has been an internist. None of those is a well-woman exam. If the glass says dialysis, or research screening, or a vacant 108 on 11440, you are in the wrong visit.

Parking is the office-park lot, not a Brickell valet you have to tip to exist. Kendall Summit advertises a 3.5 stall ratio and abundant surface parking. Building D is listed with about 80 spaces. Google attributes a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a wheelchair-accessible lot. Street parking on Kendall Drive is not the plan except for a curb drop. From the Turnpike you come off toward Kendall Drive and you are already on the campus. From the Don Shula you work north toward 88th. From Brickell it is 836 west to the Turnpike south to Kendall, which is not a lunch-hour trip when the expressway is stacked. From Doral it is the Turnpike the other way. From South Miami you stay on Kendall and keep going west past Baptist, past Dadeland, past 107th, until the park shows up near SW 117th Avenue. Miami International is the close airport. Homestead is south. Do not GPS Sunset and 74th. Do not GPS Bird Road. Do not GPS Palmetto Bay and assume suite 108 will be waiting.

Briseida Gordillo is who you are seeing. Patients call her Bri, Brie, Dr. Gordillo, Dr. Bri, their gyno, their new OBGYN. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner: MSN, APRN-BC, ANCC. Barry University for the BSN, 2000 to 2003, and the MSN, 2004 to 2007, both in Miami Shores. Pediatric critical care, neonatal critical care, and pediatric cardiac intensive care at Miami Children's, then labor and delivery, then the family-practice master's. Specialty training she publishes: sexual dysfunction, sexuality education and counseling, menopause and beyond, pelvic-floor medicine, reproductive health, integrative medicine. She names a preceptorship with Dr. Somi Javaid. She is a member of ISSWSH, the Nurse Practitioner Council of Miami-Dade, Sigma Theta Tau, and the ANA. She precepts NP students. She has spoken for flibanserin, the first FDA-approved drug for hypoactive sexual desire disorder. She is also certified in aesthetic procedures. She is an NP. If you need an MD or a DO on the door, this is the wrong suite.

Michelle is listed as office manager. Two slots under The aesthetician still sit empty. A. G. thanked Erika by name for keeping the day organized. You are booking Bri. Ask who else is in the room. Ask whether the aesthetician is working if you came for a Nefertiti facial and not a Pap.

Spanish is the texture of west Kendall, not a banner they invented. The site chrome is in Spanish — skip-to-content, a 5-of-5 widget that still says Valorado. They do not publish a language list. Doctor-aggregator cards invent French, Spanish, English, and Italian. Those cards are not a claimed language roster. If you want the visit in Spanish, say so when you book. Do not assume the chair will be.

The office is newer than the relationship. The LLC filed in April 2021. Reviews for this door start in March 2022, and the early ones keep saying new office, beautiful new office. Patients had already been seeing her for a decade. D. J. wrote at least 15 years. F. R. wrote 14. E. What she actually does

Start with the well-woman visit, because that is what people keep writing down, even when leftover titles try to file this suite under Botox.

They publish well-woman exams, STD testing, birth control counseling, and relief from perimenopause and menopause with hormone options. C. P. came for a yearly Pap and to talk hormones, spelled the brand Yntima, had almost no wait, and said Briseida performed the exam and took the time to talk. M. F. walked out calling Bri her new gyno. A. W. called her her new OBGYN and said appointment availability was excellent. P. M. wrote the line nobody writes: she loves going to her gyno. J. A. is the useful one: hormones, bloodwork, mammograms, brain fog, "all my female needs," and then, in the same breath, Botox. That sequence is the office. You do not walk in, point at a board, and leave. You sit. She asks. A protocol shows up, and sometimes a syringe of toxin is on the same relationship.

Hormones are for him and her. Their hormone page says medications to replace or assist recovery: low sex drive, moodiness, lack of energy, loss of lean muscle, foggy memory, aches and pains, anxiety, burnout. T. G. wrote that women's health and libido are never talked about, that you assume it is aging, and that her energy and her libido came back. A. D. had two years of brain fog, joint pain, weight gain, exhaustion, and no sex drive, being told her labs were "normal." She found Intyma, felt heard, was put on TRT, and wrote that her drive returned, the fog lifted, the joints quieted, and the workouts changed. She is embracing her 40s. J. P. came with his wife. Both of them. He signed the note JRP. Couples are on the mission line — "personalized sexual medicine for couples" — and at least one couple bothered to write it down. They do not publish which ester, which cream, which pellet, how often you come back for labs, or what a month costs. Do not assume a brand. Do not assume this is a men's mill with a waiting room full of other men. If that is what you want, Kendall will sell it to you somewhere else.

Sexual medicine is the other spine. She trained for it. The page files erectile dysfunction, hypogonadism, and prostate cancer under the same heading, for him and her. O-Wave, they say, is to increase sensitivity and strengthen orgasms. P-Wave is the men's version of that sentence, on a page that still has leftover placeholder copy in the benefits block. Pelvic-floor rehab is published for urinary incontinence, tone, bladder and bowel control, prolapse risk, postnatal recovery, and sensation. Flibanserin is in her bio, not on a price list. Weight loss is a medical program they describe as supervised, for people who have already been trying. They do not name a pen. They do not name a shot. Do not assume one. A. Aesthetics are the loud pages, which is why leftover titles still try to rank this suite as a med spa. Botox, they say, resculpts, fills deep lines, makes a face look younger and refreshed. Fillers: lips, asymmetry, Cupid's bow, volume. PDO thread lift: a dissolvable suture, less than a facelift, often under 45 minutes, no scalpel. Microneedling for lines, dark spots, scars, acne. PRP is one page: your own blood, injected, "from sports injuries to hair loss." Hair is a use of PRP on that page. It is not a transplant suite they published. Do not drive here for a hair mill.

The facial menu is Egyptian and specific, which is more than most Kendall rooms will give you. Nefertiti is the basic facial. King Tut is the men's. Cleopatra is the deep facial for mature skin. Nefertari is the acne facial, benzoyl peroxide. Nubian is illuminating and lightening. Goddess Neith is anti-wrinkle, pigment, photodamage. Hatshepsut is the chemical peel. Maathorneferure is microneedling. Berenice I is dermaplaning. Nitocris is mechanical peeling. Merneith is microcurrent. Hypatia is fibroblast with PRP. Cleopatra VII is eyelash extensions. They do not post prices. They still have not named the aesthetician. If you are coming for a named facial, get the name of the facial and confirm she is working.

IVs are chelation in the copy they actually wrote: weekly EDTA, about 30 minutes, metals and minerals bound and urinated out. The services page files it as IV and chelation. Voyage-era copy from Bri also named IV therapy next to Botox and fillers. r. k. came for Botox and a B-12 shot on a first visit and left calling the brand Indy Ma. B-12 is her sentence, not a drip menu. They do not post a bag list with prices. They do not name NAD or Myers on the IV page. If you are coming for a bag, get the name of the bag.

The rest of the menu is real enough to ask about and too thin to build a day around. Alignable still lists hot-stone massage, aromatherapy, waxing, virtual consults, a wellness retreat. Those lines are not what the treatment pages bother to write. A CareCredit locator prints this suite. Their own pages do not. The home page still runs a newsletter for 20 percent off a treatment. That is a promo, not a price list.

They will not tell you, in public, what a well-woman visit costs, what TRT runs after the labs, what a Cleopatra facial is, what an EDTA hour is, or which license is working Saturday.

How it feels in the room

Fifty-six people have left Google reviews in the set this page is built on, 5.0 stars, every one of them a five, from March 25, 2022 through March 31, 2026. Later cards already show sixty-two. There is nothing in the polite middle because there is nothing in the pile below five. Perfect scores on a mid-size brand are easy to collect and hard to trust. One of the 2024 notes is a pasted template that starts "Certainly! Here's an example of a positive review for a physician." That is a limit. The useful part is not the 5.0. It is what people bother to mention twice.

They mention Bri. They mention time. They mention not being rushed, not being upsold, being talked out of a bad idea. They mention a front desk that is kind and organized, a receptionist who is wonderful, Erika keeping the day moving. They mention a warm office, a beautiful office, a new office that is still the sentence in 2022. They mention following her for ten, fourteen, fifteen years, from other rooms to this one. They mention Spanish-adjacent Kendall without making a speech about it. They mention gyn plus one extra thing: the hormones, the Botox, the weight-loss plan, the IV, the Pap. They will not tell you the wait on a Tuesday, whether Saturday really runs to 5 or dies at 1, what the consult costs, or whether Michelle is at the glass.
