Brickell is a different city. 207th Street in zip 33180 is Aventura: Williams Island to the east, Aventura Mall a half-mile south, Gulfstream Park a half-mile north, and a 2018 mixed-use pile called Park Square with restaurants on the ground and Class A medical suites stacked above them. Suite 901 at 2920 NE 207th Street is 10X Health System's Aventura Parksquare door. Put Brickell in the GPS and you will miss the appointment. Put 18851 NE 29th Avenue in the GPS and you will pull into a different 10X building in the same zip.

10X Health Aventura Parksquare is the ninth-floor suite where this chain draws blood, reads genes, hangs IVs, and runs the Superhuman Protocol — magnetism, then oxygen, then light — under the same local number that used to ring HealthGAINS.

Hours are a mess, and the mess is why people drive to a locked door. The North Miami location copy does not print a grid. Yelp, and the leftover HealthGAINS contact page for this same suite, both say Monday through Friday, 9 to 6, weekends closed. A Birdeye listing for 2920 NE 207th closes Monday and opens Saturday. Google currently only shows Thursday, 9 to 6. The 10X Centre door on 29th Avenue publishes Monday through Friday, 7 to 7, which is a different building. If you only have a lunch hour, get a human on (305) 682-1818 before you sit in 207th Street traffic.

The office on NE 207th

Aventura Park Square sits on a little more than seven acres between Biscayne Boulevard and the water, west of Williams Island, north of the mall. 2920 is the medical-office address. 2960 is the condo tower. 2980 is the rest of the village. Same complex. Ruth's Chris, Pura Vida, Mister O1, Bar Taco, and Casa D'Angelo are the names on the ground floor. The medical suites are Class A, put up around 2018. You are going to the ninth floor. Parking is the garage, not a street hunt. Street parking is not the plan here except for a pickup at the condo curb. The complex has a paid garage, guest spots, and valet. Restaurant validation is a dinner trick, not a blood-draw trick. Ask the suite where visitors for 901 actually park, and whether valet will send you to the medical lobby. From I-95 you peel off at Ives Dairy and come east toward Aventura, or you take Hallandale Beach Boulevard and drop south. From the Beach it is the William Lehman Causeway, not MacArthur. From Brickell it is I-95 north until 207th, which is not a lunch-hour trip. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood is the closer airport. Miami International is the slog.

Kelly Vasquez is who patients name for the needle. NP, APRN, Kelly, Kelly NP — same woman. IVs in the suite. IVs in a living room. People write that she talks them through it, that they did not feel the stick, that she is the only person they will see. Jennifer, Jenn, Jeny, Tyler show up in the same visits. Joseph White is the name that comes up when the protocol has to be adjusted for someone who is not a straightforward optimization case. Heidi Rubio is the one a family thanked for answering the phone. Brooke and Natasha show up in the bloodwork reviews. Mo is the name on at least one intake for a gene test and a blood test. You are not booking Gary Brecka. You are not booking Grant Cardone. The names they currently put under Founders are Grant Cardone, Brandon Dawson, and Natalie Dawson. A 2023 oxygen-therapy post of theirs still calls Gary Brecka a co-founder. That is the brand. The chair in 901 is Kelly, or Joseph, or whoever is on the file that week. If you need a named MD or DO on the door before you sit down, get that name on (305) 682-1818. Kent Bradley is listed as chief medical officer. Carrie Carda is listed as national medical director. Those are corporate titles. They are not a confirmed Tuesday in Aventura.

Spanish shows up in the reviews — Los mejores de la Florida, Very professionals — but this is not a Spanish-first waiting room the way some west-of-downtown offices are. If you want the visit in Spanish, say so when you book.

The suite is older than the 10X sign. HealthGAINS opened a headquarters here in December 2018, hormone replacement and sexual wellness in a new Park Square medical floor, phone (305) 682-1818. 10X Health System bought HealthGAINS in November 2022. The HealthGAINS site still lists this address and still prints Monday through Friday, 9 to 6. Confirm you are walking into 10X, suite 901, not a leftover HRT lobby with a different name on the glass.

There is a second 10X in the same zip. 18851 NE 29th Avenue, Unit 902, branded 10X Health at 10X Centre. Phone (786) 833-8607, and some listings also print (786) 640-4092. Their locations directory gives that door Monday through Friday, 7 to 7, and does not list Parksquare at all. Cardone Ventures sits in that same 18851 tower. If a confirmation or a dashboard says 29th Avenue, you are not going to 207th.

What they actually do

Start with the labs, because that is how the brand wants the visit to begin, even when you showed up for a hangover drip.

Genetic testing is the pitch. They talk about nutrient metabolism, detox pathways, cellular function, a test you take once because the genes do not change. The product names in public are Methylation+ — 27 genes, six body systems — and a Precision Genetic Test. For this door they do not split those two. It sells the idea: stop guessing. Then a plan. Then, often, supplements on a subscription you cancel two business days before the next bill or you eat the charge. The kit business and the chair in 901 are related and they are not the same errand. A lot of the anger in the public reviews is about a box that never came, a result that never landed, a concierge who never called back. That can happen without you ever riding the elevator to the ninth floor. If you are coming to 901, ask whether the draw, the swab, and the review of results happen in this suite, on a screen, or in the mail.

Blood testing is the other intake. They publish 70+ biomarkers: organ and metabolic function, vitamin D, B12, hydration, hormone-related markers, a CBC, then a review with a licensed provider. In the Google pile, people thank Mo for getting the blood and gene test scheduled, and they thank Brooke for hashing the numbers on a return visit. They do not publish what the panel costs, which lab draws it, or how many days the report takes. Ask.

IVs are what this door actually names. 10X Cocktail — fluids, vitamins, electrolytes, antioxidants. NAD+. Balance, for stress. Immune Support. Beauty, for skin and hair and connective tissue. Performance. Hangover. They say every bag is hung by trained medical professionals after a consult. They do not print a menu with prices. Kelly is the name attached to the stick, in the suite and at a house. L. S. had her come to the home with the bag already packed, then separately liked Jenn in 901. E. C. wrote that she did not feel the IV go in. C. U. was nervous and said Kelly talked her through it and made recommendations off her current state. That sequence is the office on a good day: you do not walk in, point at a board, and leave. You sit, they talk, a bag shows up. On a bad day the bag is the easy part and the follow-up is the part that never happens.

They will also come to you. Reviews describe concierge IVs at a house or a hotel, Kelly on time with the supplies. Mobile IV is advertised against this Parksquare door. There is no published radius and no published fee. If that is the visit you are buying, get the zip they will actually drive to, the window, and the number on the phone. It is not a substitute for a confirmed slot in 901.

Superhuman Protocol is the other thing this floor is built to sell. Three steps, under an hour: a BioCharger mat for pulsed electromagnetic fields, about ten minutes; an oxygen mask and light movement — exercise with oxygen therapy, EWOT — about ten minutes; then a red and near-infrared light bed, about twenty minutes. They sell the sequence as circulation, oxygen, cellular recovery, no downtime. Each piece can be booked alone. The point of the brand is the stack. They do not publish what a session costs, how many you are supposed to buy, or whether the bed in 901 is the same setup as Scottsdale.

The rest of the menu is real enough to ask about and too thin on this door to build a day around. The brand also advertises OzoneX, InBody scans, wellness shots, platelet-rich plasma, peptides with a free advisor call, and weight management. One April 2026 Google note said the writer was happy with how they were hitting a desired weight and stopped there. They do not name a shot. Do not assume one. HealthGAINS used this suite for hormone replacement, GAINSWave, stem cells, Emsculpt. The current 10X copy for 901 does not list those. If you are coming for testosterone, a peptide, ozone, or a body scan, say the word on (305) 682-1818 and ask whether it happens in this room or at 10X Centre.

They will not tell you, in public, whether the consult is billed to insurance, what the Cocktail costs, what NAD runs, what Superhuman costs on a package, or which NP is working Thursday.

How it feels in the room

One hundred eighty-two people have left Google reviews, 3.7 stars. That is not a rounding error and it is not a boast. The pile is split. Plenty of fives. A hard minority of ones. Almost nothing in the polite middle. Perfect scores are easy to collect. A 3.7 with that shape is the opposite: people either got a named human they would see again, or they paid and then could not get a call back.

The useful part is what they bother to mention twice.

They mention Kelly. They mention Joseph. They mention Jenn, Heidi, Brooke, Natasha, Tyler, Mo. They mention a painless stick, a protocol adjusted for a complicated medical history, a concierge IV that showed up on time. They mention Park Square as convenient. They mention Spanish in one-line notes. They mention feeling better after the labs and the supplements, which is the brand promise working.

They also mention silence. Unanswered emails. A follow-up that was supposed to happen after the first bloodwork and did not. A kit, a result, a refund, a concierge who was "on it" and then was not. Some of that is the mail-order half of 10X — methylation kits, Precision tests, monthly bottles — using 2920 NE 207th, Ste. 901 as the corporate mailing address. Some of it is people who sat in this suite. You cannot always tell which from the star. The pattern is the same either way: the chair can be excellent, the system around the chair is where the 3.7 comes from.

They will not tell you the wait on a Tuesday, whether Monday is actually open, what the consult costs, what is in the weekly bottle, or whether Kelly is working that day.

The parts that will waste a trip if you skip them

The live door is 2920 NE 207th St Ste 901, Miami, FL 33180. 18851 NE 29th Ave Unit 902 is 10X Centre, same zip, different tower, different phone. The booking dashboard currently treats Aventura as a 2026 opening at 29th Avenue. If the confirmation says anything other than suite 901 on 207th, ask.

Hours are a mess. This door does not print a grid. Yelp and leftover HealthGAINS: weekdays 9 to 6, weekends off. Birdeye: Monday closed, Saturday open. Google: Thursday only. 10X Centre: 7 to 7 weekdays. Call (305) 682-1818. If nobody picks up and you only have a lunch hour, you do not have an appointment.

They do not publish a price list for the consult, the drip, the protocol, or Superhuman. Consumer policies say clinical services can be refunded only if unused, and that most kit and supplement sales are final. Get the number for the thing you actually want before the card hits.

They do not publish insurance. If you need the visit in-network, stop until someone says yes.
