About Bio Cell Wellness Group, llc

    Clinic Overview & Credentials

Brickell is a different city. 18th Terrace in zip 33172 is Doral: west Miami-Dade, the Dolphin corridor, Miami International a few minutes east, warehouse parks and Class B office floors, and a four-story pile from 1982 called RVH Office Center on the corner of 87th Avenue and NW 18th Terrace. Suite 105 is Bio Cell Wellness Group. Put Brickell in the GPS and you will miss the appointment. Put suite 305 in the GPS and you will be on the wrong floor of the same building.

Bio Cell Wellness Group is Clay Blanco and Marela Sensat's Doral suite: blood work first, then bioidentical hormones for men and women, a physician-supervised weight-loss protocol they name, IVs, a hyperbaric chamber, Joovv light, PRP, and a med-spa side door, with Dr. Gabriel Betancourt listed as medical director.

The door is suite 105. Miami, FL 33172. Phone (786) 841-1246. Toll-free (855) 424-6235. Fax (305) 440-5813. Site biocellwellnessgroup.com. Email biocellwellnessgroup@gmail.com. You book this suite by calling (786) 841-1246, or by filling the contact form and the consultation form on biocellwellnessgroup.com. The consult form currently defaults to Weight Loss. There is no live scheduler. Listings also print (786) 706-6520 and (786) 424-0200. Those are not the office number on their contact page. If you only have a lunch hour, get a human on (786) 841-1246 before you sit in 836 traffic.

Hours are printed, and the printed grid is why people still drive to a locked door. Their contact page says Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, and adds CONCIERGE AVAILABLE. It does not print Saturday. It does not print Sunday. A third-party listing for this same suite closes the weekend. Google currently only shows Thursday, and it marks that day Closed. That is a scrape, not a schedule. If you only have a Thursday lunch hour, do not trust the widget. Get a human on (786) 841-1246.

If you are comparing west Miami-Dade offices, the rest of the city list is on the Miami clinics page.

The office on NW 18th Terrace

RVH Office Center sits on the corner of 87th Avenue and 18th Terrace, next to Gateway Plaza. Chipotle, Winghouse, Tropical Smoothie, Cold Stone, McAllister's — those are the names on the ground next door, not inside 105. The building is four stories, Class B, put up in 1982, a little more than 55,000 square feet. You are going to the first floor. Confirm 105. Confirm 8725. Confirm (786) 841-1246. Suite 305 shows up on a BBB card for the same company. Suite 303 in this building is a software shop. Neither is this door.

Parking is the surface lot, not a Brickell valet. The property lists 261 surface spaces. Street parking is not the plan here except for a curb drop. From the Dolphin you peel north onto 87th Avenue and come into Doral. From the Palmetto you drop toward 836 and then west toward the airport. From Brickell it is 836 west until you are past MIA, which is not a lunch-hour trip when the expressway is stacked. From the Beach it is the same slog on 836, not MacArthur into downtown. Miami International is the close airport. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood is the long one.

Clay Blanco is who patients name. BHRT and wellness specialist, owner, fifteen-plus years of hormone work he describes as something he started on himself after internists and endocrinologists did not fix him. He writes that he sat A4M conferences and read papers. He is not an MD. People still write as if the consult is with him. They say Clay. They say the owner. They thank him for walking the labs. Marela Sensat is the other name on the glass: CFO, client-services director, founder and partner. Reviews call her his wife. BBB spells her Marella and spells him Claymer. Same two people. If you need a named physician in the chair before you sit down, that is not the person the five-stars are describing.

Dr. Gabriel Betancourt is the name they put under Medical Director. Triple board-certified osteopathic physician — family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment, sports medicine, geriatric medicine — University of Miami undergrad, Nova Southeastern D.O. in 2010, public-health master's in 2018, Larkin family-medicine residency, then fellowships at Nova and Broward Health. The weight-loss copy says he supervises every patient's FDA-approved plan and that he may prescribe the medication. Reviews almost never say Gabriel. They say Clay. They say Marela. They say Chris. They say Randy. Ask who is actually in the room on your day.

Donna Veloso is listed as a registered, board-eligible physician assistant. Lazaro Villadefranco is listed as a wellness specialist. Chris is the name a December 2025 patient thanked for follow-up after the labs. Randy shows up in a four-year note. Vince, or Vincent, shows up in a separate account. You are not booking a rotating mill with a new face every Tuesday. You are also not booking a guaranteed Tuesday with Dr. Betancourt. Get the name on (786) 841-1246.

Spanish is the texture of Doral, not a banner they print. The Google pile that is easy to read is in English. If you want the visit in Spanish, say so when you book.

They will still see you when you are not in 105. The contact page prints concierge as available and does not publish a radius or a fee. Two people who now live in Colorado wrote, in the same December week, that they are still in the book. That is useful. It is not a substitute for a confirmed slot on 18th Terrace. Ask which version of the visit you are buying: the chair in 105, a screen, or someone coming to you.

    What they actually do

Start with the blood, because that is how they say the visit begins, even when you showed up for a drip or a weekly shot.

They talk about biochemistry analysis and complete blood work, then a plan a medical staff is supposed to monitor. On the advanced-testing page they name SpectraCell micronutrient testing — intracellular vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, a four-to-eight-month window — and they mention Vibrant. For this door they do not print what the panel costs, which lab draws it, or how many days the report takes. J. C. wrote that she had been tired, could not lose weight on a clean diet, and that the labs finally made the fatigue make sense. That sequence is the office on a good day: you do not walk in, point at a board, and leave. You sit, they draw, a protocol shows up. Ask whether the draw, the review of results, and the first dose happen in this suite, on a screen, or later.

Hormones are what Clay is built to sell. Bioidentical replacement for men and women. Testosterone for men, aimed at energy, muscle, sexual performance. For women they publish peri-menopause and menopause, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, growth hormone, and a sexual-wellness page that names low desire, arousal, orgasm, dryness, pain. They say a woman's response is as individual as a fingerprint. They do not publish what the protocol costs, which ester they use, or how often you come back for labs. It is why leftover pages still file this suite as a TRT clinic in Miami. It is a service they offer. It is not why the building is in Doral. If you want a waiting room full of other men and a protocol that never has to work for a spouse in peri-menopause, 836 will sell you that closer to downtown.

Weight loss is the other thing they put on the consult form. Complimentary consult, they say: history, prior attempts, goals, a physical, body-composition testing for fat, water, and muscle, then labs if the team wants them. They name Semaglutide. They say physician-supervised, FDA-approved, and that Dr. Betancourt may prescribe a medication for a short jump-start. They do not name a brand of pen. Do not assume one. They do not post what the weekly shot costs after the free hour. Body composition is supposed to happen at the first visit and at follow-ups. That is the product as much as the injection: a number that is not the scale, and a person who already knows the last one.

Sexual wellness sits next to the hormones, for men and for women, with a discretion line. Men: Peyronie's, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, arousal. Women: desire, arousal, orgasm, the vaginal symptoms they list on the women's page. PRP is one of the tools they name for sexual wellness, the same way they name it for joints and for hair. They do not publish which injection you are buying, what it costs, or whether Donna or Gabriel is in the room for it. If that is why you are coming, say the word on the phone.

IVs are what they call fusion. Vitamins, nutrients, minerals, amino acids, into the vein. They sell the idea: immune, dehydration, fatigue, heavy metals, hangover, jet lag. The IV page has a heading for drips and does not print the bags. There is no menu with prices. Do not assume Myers, NAD, or a hangover cocktail unless someone says those words back to you.

The hyperbaric chamber is the other machine in the suite. They publish mild hyperbaric oxygen, a pressurized sit, oxygen, a FAQ that talks about ears popping like an airplane and a blood-sugar check if you are diabetic. One block of their copy says 95 percent oxygen. Another says 100 percent. They publish session ranges — five to ten for milder cases, twenty to forty for chronic — and they do not post a price. If you are coming for the chamber, get the pressure, the oxygen, the count, and the number before you drive.

Joovv is the red-light bed. They say they are a Joovv affiliate and a Miami-area provider, and they advertise a trial session and a free initial consultation. They also print, on the same page, that Joovv devices are not FDA-cleared for hormone treatments. Treat the keto-plus-light study copy as marketing. Ask what you are booking: a trial, a package, or a device they want to sell you.

PRP for hair is the visit they time. Blood draw, centrifuge, injections into the scalp, 60 to 90 minutes, drug-free, surgery-free. They also use PRP on faces, joints, and sexual-wellness visits. Ask which injection is on the confirmation.

The rest of the menu is real enough to ask about and too thin on this door to build a day around. Venus Versa laser hair removal, IPL, skin resurfacing, Tribella, acne, body aesthetics, unwanted fat, medical-grade supplements, Nutrafol in a weight-loss FAQ. CareCredit lists them under medical aesthetics at this address. That is a card, not a service. If you want a full med spa, this is a side door on a hormone and weight-loss suite. If you want only testosterone, say that, and ask whether 105 is still the right room.

They will not tell you, in public, whether the consult is billed to insurance, what Semaglutide runs after the complimentary hour, what an IV costs, what a chamber session costs, or which license is working Thursday.

How it feels in the room

One hundred twenty people have left Google reviews in the set this page is built on, 4.9 stars. Later scrapes already show more. Almost all of them are fives. A couple of ones sit in the pile. There is almost nothing in the polite middle. Perfect-ish scores are easy to collect and hard to trust. The useful part is not the 4.9. It is what people bother to mention twice.

They mention Clay. They mention Marela. They mention Chris on a follow-up. They mention Randy. They mention Vince. They mention labs that finally explained fatigue. They mention four years, then a move to Colorado, then still being a guest. They mention a friend who gave the wrong address, a late arrival, water and snacks, and a machine they let someone sample anyway. They mention equipment. They mention being treated like family. They mention products they kept buying after they left the state.

They will not tell you the wait on a Tuesday, whether Thursday is actually open, what the consult costs once it is no longer complimentary, what is in the weekly injection, or whether Dr. Betancourt is in 105 that day.

    “

I decided to take a more natural and proactive approach to my health after seeing several doctors and still not getting answers even though I constantly felt fatigued, tired, and struggled to lose weight despite consistent exercise and a healthy diet. I knew something was off. I found Biocell Wellness Group and after completing my labs, everything finally started to make sense. The staff has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, and I truly feel like I'm finally on the right path. I'm still in the process, but I'm already feeling better and seeing positive changes. I especially want to thank Clay and Chris for the outstanding service. Chris always takes the time to follow up, make sure my treatment is going as planned, and answer any questions I have.

The parts that will waste a trip if you skip them

The live door is 8725 NW 18th Ter Ste 105, Miami, FL 33172, RVH Office Center, Doral, zip 33172. Not Brickell. Not downtown. BBB still prints suite 305. If the confirmation says anything other than 105, ask.

Hours are a mess on the internet and clear on their contact page. They print Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, concierge available. Weekends are not on that grid. Google currently only shows Thursday, Closed. Call (786) 841-1246. If nobody picks up and you only have a lunch hour, you do not have an appointment.

They advertise a complimentary weight-loss consult and a Joovv trial. They do not publish a price list for hormones, Semaglutide after the free hour, IVs, the chamber, PRP, or laser. Get the number for the thing you actually want.

They do not publish insurance. CareCredit lists the address. That is not in-network primary care. If you need the visit billed to a plan, stop until someone says yes.

Clay Blanco is the owner and a BHRT specialist. Patients will keep writing as if he is the doctor. He is not an MD. Dr. Gabriel Betancourt is the medical director and is unnamed in the review pile. Donna is the PA on the roster. If you need a specific license in the room, get the name before you park.

The name is a mess. Bio Cell, Biocell, BioCell. BioCell collagen and BioCell Blood Health are supplement brands. Advanced BioCell is a Los Angeles clinic. Confirm Doral, suite 105, (786) 841-1246.

Parking is the surface lot. Gateway Plaza is next door, not the lobby.

    FAQs

Who will I see at Bio Cell Wellness Group? Clay Blanco, the owner and BHRT specialist, is the name patients repeat. He is not a physician. Marela Sensat, founder, partner, and client-services director, is the other name on the glass; reviews call her his wife. Dr. Gabriel Betancourt, a triple board-certified D.O., is medical director and is the physician they put on the weight-loss plan. Donna Veloso is the physician assistant on the roster. Lazaro Villadefranco is listed as a wellness specialist. Chris, Randy, and Vince show up in the Google pile. If you need a named MD or DO in the chair, ask for that name when you call (786) 841-1246.

What does Bio Cell Wellness Group actually offer? Labs and biochemistry first, then bioidentical hormones for men and women, testosterone, a physician-supervised weight-loss protocol they name as Semaglutide, sexual wellness for men and women including PRP, customized IV fusion, a hyperbaric chamber, Joovv red light, PRP for hair and joints, Venus Versa laser hair removal, IPL, Tribella, and medical-grade supplements. It is not a downtown TRT mill, even when leftover pages file it that way, and it is not only a med spa.

Where is it, and can I park? Suite 105 at 8725 NW 18th Terrace, Miami, FL 33172, in RVH Office Center, Doral, zip 33172, not Brickell, not downtown. Surface lot on the property, 261 spaces listed, Gateway Plaza next door. From Brickell or the Beach it is 836 west toward the airport, then 87th Avenue north. Phone (786) 841-1246. Do not GPS suite 305.

What are the hours? Some listings only show Thursday Closed. Their contact page says Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, concierge available. It does not print Saturday or Sunday. A third-party listing for this suite closes the weekend. Google currently only shows Thursday, and it marks that day Closed. If you only have a lunch hour, call (786) 841-1246 before you drive onto 18th Terrace. Concierge exists. It does not replace a confirmed slot in 105.

How do I book? Call (786) 841-1246, or use the contact form and the consultation form on biocellwellnessgroup.com. Email biocellwellnessgroup@gmail.com. Toll-free is (855) 424-6235. There is no live scheduler. Ask which visit you are buying: the complimentary weight-loss consult, hormones and labs, an IV, the chamber, Joovv, PRP, or laser. Ask who will be in the room.

Do they take insurance, and what does it cost? They do not publish insurance. They appear on CareCredit's locator. The weight-loss consult is advertised as complimentary. The Joovv visit is advertised as a trial plus a free initial consult. They do not post prices for hormones, Semaglutide after that hour, IVs, HBOT, PRP, or laser. Ask for the number that matches the visit before you drive.

Is this a Brickell TRT clinic, BioCell the supplement, or Advanced BioCell? No, no, and no. This is suite 105 at 8725 NW 18th Terrace, Doral, Miami, FL 33172, (786) 841-1246. Brickell is a different city. BioCell collagen and BioCell Blood Health are products, not this suite. Advanced BioCell is a Los Angeles clinic. BBB still prints suite 305 and (786) 706-6520.
