11760 is Kendall Atrium: seven stories, about 119,000 square feet, put up in 1998, three elevators, sitting on the east side of the hospital campus, directly across from the Turnpike at Bird Road. The tenant portal still calls the pile Kendall Atrium at 11760 Bird Road. The fountain and the valet stand are out front. The garage is adjacent. HCA Florida Kendall — the building that used to be Kendall Regional Medical Center, 11750 Bird Road — is the hospital you can walk into from this office floor. You are going to the fourth floor. Confirm 416. Confirm 11760. Confirm (786) 631-4928. Confirm the name on the confirmation is Ezy Wellness.

That last part is not a courtesy. The live tenant directory for this floor still prints Heart of Miami Cardiology in 416. The cardiology company's NPI still prints 11760 SW 40th Street Ste 416 and (786) 652-0023. BBB and the Florida filing for Ezy Medical Research, Co. still print this same suite, with (786) 483-8162. From the Palmetto you drop south and then west toward 117th. From Brickell it is 836 west to the Turnpike south to Bird Road, which is not a lunch-hour trip when the expressway is stacked. From Doral it is the Turnpike the other way. From Kendall proper you come north on 117th or in from 874. Miami International is the close airport. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood is the long one. FIU's Modesto Maidique campus is a few minutes west. Tamiami Park sits on this same west-county map. Do not GPS Sunset Drive and 74th. Do not GPS Doral. Do not GPS 167th Street and assume the fourth floor of the hospital box will be waiting.

Dr. Jose L. Lopez-Gutierrez is the name they put on the glass. Start with the labs and the physical, because that is how they say the visit begins, even when you showed up for a drip or a weekly pen.

They talk about diagnostic blood testing and a comprehensive exam before they prescribe. They do not print which lab draws it, what the panel costs, or how many days the report takes. They also do not print whether the draw, the review of results, and the first dose happen in this suite, in Miami Lakes, on a screen, or later. The June note describes a first visit where Dr. Lopez walked the labs in detail and made the plan feel doable. That sequence is the office on a good day: you do not walk in, point at a board, and leave. You sit, they draw, a protocol shows up. Ask.

Weight loss is the first product in their own menu. They print that all programs include diagnostic blood testing, supplies, shipping, and unlimited support, and they print that patients can lose up to 25 percent of total body weight. Treat the 25 percent as marketing.
