    About Modern Med Centers

    Clinic Overview & Credentials

Le Jeune Road at NW 8th is not Brickell. It is airport traffic, a pair of five-story medical towers, and people who would rather sit in a Flagami garage than circle for a valet downtown. Suite 204 at 850 NW 42nd Avenue is Modern Med Centers: an HRT and IV office where the same two women keep getting named in reviews, the doctor does not put a last name on the door, and the visits people actually bother to write down are weight-loss protocols, menopause hormones, and vitamin drips that me levantaron de la cama. That is a different business than the testosterone mill with a waiting room full of other men, and it is a different door than the Pinecrest address their own website still leaks in the code.

Modern Med Centers is the suite 204 office at 850 Lejeune Towers, zip 33126. Hormones for men and women. IVs. A weight-loss program people keep coming back for. A skin-bar side door run by Nakita.

The door is suite 204. Miami, FL 33126. Phone (305) 760-9339. Site modernmedcenters.com. Email modernmedcenters@gmail.com. You book by calling, or you fill out the appointment form and wait. There is no live scheduler. If you give a number they will text. They advertise a free consultation. They do not publish what the bill looks like once you sit down. Their own site says they open at 10 on weekdays: Monday through Wednesday 10 to 5, Thursday 10 to 5:30, Friday 10 to 5. Weekends are not on that grid. Google currently only shows Thursday, and it guesses 10 to 6. Other listings round the whole week to 10 to 6 and call it done. If you only have a lunch hour, get a human on (305) 760-9339 before you sit in Le Jeune traffic.

If you are comparing west-of-downtown offices, the rest of the city list is on the Miami clinics page.

    The office on Le Jeune

850 Lejeune Towers is two Class A medical buildings connected by a terrace, put up around 2021, five minutes from Miami International if the 836 is moving. Flagami. Coral Gables is south. Little Havana is east. Doral is west, which is why some maps file this office under Doral and send you looking for a suite that is not there. The live door is 850 NW 42nd Ave, Suite 204, Miami, FL 33126. Confirm that string. Their website still lists 8950 SW 74th Court, 33156, which is Pinecrest / Dadeland, a different zip, a different drive, a wasted afternoon.

Parking is the garage, not a street hunt. The entrance is on the east side of NW 43rd Avenue, between NW 7th Street and NW 8th Terrace, at 757 or 797 NW 43rd. Look for the blue 850/860 Lejeune signs. Covered. Legacy Parking runs it. Posted rates when this was written: $5 for the first two hours, $10 out to four, $15 for the day. Valet exists. There is no in-and-out. From I-95 you peel off at NW 36th toward the airport and drop south onto Le Jeune. From Coral Gables you come north on 42nd. From the Beach it is 836 west to Le Jeune and then a short south. If you put 8950 SW 74th Court in the GPS, turn around.

Laura and Mailyn are who patients name. Laura, over and over, in English and in Spanish, including a man who has been coming more than three years and still bothers to say she is siempre muy atenta. Mailyn is the one who walks a treatment step by step until someone feels safe enough to sit still. Reviews also spell her Maylin. Same woman, different keyboard. C. K. thanked the office for a good hand with the needle. L. D. said the serums were spectacular and that Maylin was the one who treated her. You are booking those two at the chair. A doctor is in the room on at least some visits. I. L. wrote that the girls received them kindly and el doctor explicó todo en detalle. D. F. called the doctors second to none and left it there. Nobody publishes a last name, a license, a board, or a photo. Patients still say doctor. If you need a named MD or DO on the door before you sit down, get that name on the phone. It is not on the site.

Spanish is the texture of the waiting room, not a translated banner. A large share of the reviews are in Spanish. Named staff show up in both languages. If you want the visit in Spanish, say so when you book. You will probably get it anyway.

Nakita is the other name on a door. The Skin Bar sits inside this suite: facials, peels, microneedling, a vampire facial, a sauna blanket, ultrasonic body sculpting. She published a menu with dollar figures. That page has been sitting since 2021. Treat the numbers as a starting point and confirm. It is a side door, not the reason suite 204 exists.

The office is older than this building. Modern Med Centers, LLC filed in Florida in November 2018. The 850 address shows up on the state record as of 2023. Reviews go back to late 2022. A 2019 blog post on their own site still announces a San Francisco IV lounge on Union Street that does not appear to have become a second door you can book. The NAD write-up still talks about “the Rxantiaging team.” The nav still offers Covid monoclonal antibody IV. None of that is who you will see in 204. Confirm Le Jeune, suite 204, (305) 760-9339.

    What they actually do

Start with weight loss, because that is what people keep writing down, even when the internet files the office under testosterone.

A Spanish-language review called this the best clinic in Miami if you want to start a weight-loss program and stopped there. D. H. said the office changed her life, healthy weight loss, body and well-being, and left the hearts. O. T. is more useful: appetite under control, more energy, results faster than expected, and a team that explained the protocol step by step from day one. D. F. had already been to several other rooms for weight loss and said nowhere compared. The site talks about customized diet plans, education, even patients heading into or out of weight-loss surgery. Reviews talk about a program, injections, and follow-up. They do not name a brand. Do not assume one. Ask what is in the shot, how often you come back, and what it costs after the free consult.

IVs are the other thing people describe with a calendar attached. A. L. has been coming every other week for more than a year and wrote that she had not caught a cold. N. 2. uses the drips for immune support and names Laura and Mailyn in the same breath. V. L. stacked weight loss, menopause hormones, and vitamin serums in one relationship and said the serums got her out of bed. W. B. said she got back up after the treatments and the serums, Mailyn and Laura again. A. R. came with pain and a wish to lose weight and credited the serums. That sequence is the office: you do not walk in for a single product. You sit, they talk, a drip or a shot shows up next to whatever else they put you on.

They name the bags. Immune Boost is the one they call most popular, with vitamin C, selenium, zinc, B complex, glutathione. Then Youthful Restoration, Fitness Boost, Focus Fusion, Anti-Aging, Recovery, Ultimate Infusion. They also sell shorter IV pushes, ten to fifteen minutes: Immunity, Beauty, Strength, Glutathione, each with a little glutathione in it. NAD is on a blog they never cleaned up. There is no drip menu with prices. If you are coming for a specific bag, say the name on the phone.

Hormones are for men and women, which is why people keep tagging this as a TRT clinic. It is a service they lead with. It is not the only reason the suite exists. For women they publish menopause, night sweats, weight, mood, bones, skin, bioidentical estrogen and testosterone, labs first. V. L. came for menopause symptoms and left with hormones plus the rest of the stack. For men they publish testosterone replacement, aimed at 35 and up, energy, sex, memory, with the usual “not a fountain of youth” hedge. A. F. came for IV therapy and hormone replacement in the same visit and said the team customized it. Sermorelin and HGH have their own pages. Thyroid too. Reviews almost never name those. If that is why you are coming, you need the protocol, the labs, and the number before you drive.

The rest of the menu is real enough to ask about and too thin to build a day around. P-Shot and O-Shot are on the booking form. Erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s have pages. Booster shots as a weekly intramuscular vitamin. Physical therapy is on the nav, with language about arthritis, vertigo, a trained therapist. Nobody in the review pile mentions a PT visit. Hair restoration is not a published page; hair shows up as a menopause and thyroid symptom and as a beauty claim on an IV push. If you want a hair mill, this is the wrong suite. If you want Nakita’s facial, that is The Skin Bar, same building, confirm she is working.

They will not tell you, in public, whether the consult is billed to insurance, what the weekly shot costs, what an Immune Boost runs, or which doctor is on Thursday.

How it feels in the room

Forty-five people have left Google reviews in the set this page is built on, 4.9 stars, 44 of them five, one of them a one-star from November 2022 that says the place is fishy and does not say much else. Later listings already show sixty-plus reviews at the same 4.9. There is a clump of one-line notes from December 2025 and early January 2026 — Excelente, The best, Wonderful — that are easy to collect and hard to learn from. Perfect scores with a sudden stack of short ones are a limit. The useful part is not the 4.9. It is what people bother to mention twice.

They mention Laura. They mention Mailyn, or Maylin. They mention not being rushed, a treatment explained before the needle, a good hand at injecting. They mention coming back for years. G. P. more than three. J. P. three years, and the rare person who also said the prices were awesome. P. G. two years, results, and a referral he does not usually give. A. L. more than a year of biweekly IVs. k. h. seven months and had never felt or looked better.

They mention Spanish and English in the same waiting room. They mention weight loss plus one extra thing: the serum, the menopause hormones, the IV. They call the office professional, muy profesional, great. They will not tell you the wait on a Tuesday, whether Thursday really runs to 5:30 or 6, what the consult costs once it is no longer free, what is in the weekly injection, or whether the unnamed doctor is working that day.

    “

The parts that will waste a trip if you skip them

The live door is 850 NW 42nd Ave Ste 204, Miami, FL 33126. Their website still lists 8950 SW 74th Court in 33156. Some maps file them under Doral. A 2019 post still talks about San Francisco. If the confirmation says anything other than suite 204 on Le Jeune, ask.

Hours are a mess. Their site: weekdays from 10, close at 5 most days, 5:30 on Thursday, weekends off. Google: Thursday 10 to 6, and silence the rest of the week. Listings: Monday through Friday 10 to 6. Call (305) 760-9339. If nobody picks up and you only have a lunch hour, you do not have an appointment.

They advertise a free consultation. They do not publish a price list for the program, the drip, the hormones, or the shot. One three-year patient called the prices awesome and left it there. Nakita posted Skin Bar numbers that may be five years old. Get the number for the thing you actually want.

They do not publish insurance. If you need the visit in-network, stop until someone says yes.

Laura and Mailyn are who you will probably see. A doctor exists and is unnamed. If you need a specific license on the door, get the name before you park.

Mailyn and Maylin are the same person in the reviews. The Skin Bar is Nakita, same suite, not a second address.

    FAQs

Who will I see at Modern Med Centers? Laura and Mailyn (sometimes spelled Maylin) are the names patients repeat. They run the chair, the explanations, the injections. A doctor is in the room on at least some visits and does not publish a last name, a credential, or a photo. Nakita runs The Skin Bar inside the same suite. If you need a named MD or DO on the door, ask for that name when you call (305) 760-9339.

What does Modern Med Centers actually offer? A weight-loss program people write home about, vitamin IVs and glutathione pushes, and hormones for men and women, including menopause and testosterone, with labs. On top of that they publish thyroid, sermorelin, HGH, P-Shot, O-Shot, ED, Peyronie’s, booster shots, physical therapy, and Nakita’s facial menu. It is not a men’s mill and it is not a hair clinic, even when a listing tries to file it that way.

Where is it, and can I park? Suite 204 at 850 NW 42nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33126, in Flagami, in 850 Lejeune Towers. Garage on NW 43rd, enter at 757 or 797, blue 850/860 signs. Covered. Posted $5 / $10 / $15 depending on how long you stay. Valet exists. No in-and-out. Do not GPS 8950 SW 74th Court. Phone (305) 760-9339.

What are the hours? Their own site says: Monday through Wednesday 10 to 5, Thursday 10 to 5:30, Friday 10 to 5, weekends closed. Google currently only shows Thursday and guesses 6. Other listings say 10 to 6 all weekdays. If you only have a lunch hour, call (305) 760-9339 before you drive onto Le Jeune.

How do I book? Call (305) 760-9339, email modernmedcenters@gmail.com, or use the form on modernmedcenters.com/book-appointment. There is no live scheduler. They advertise a free consult. Ask which visit you are buying: the weight-loss program, an IV, hormones, or Nakita’s chair.

Do they take insurance, and what does it cost? They do not publish insurance. They advertise a free consultation and do not post prices for the program, the drip, or the hormones. One long-term patient called the prices awesome. Nakita posted a Skin Bar menu with dollar figures that may be stale. Ask for the number that matches the visit.

Is this the Doral clinic, the Pinecrest clinic, or the San Francisco one? No. The live door is suite 204 at 850 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126. Doral is a map habit. 8950 SW 74th Court, 33156, is leftover code. The 2019 San Francisco IV post is leftover too. Confirm Le Jeune and (305) 760-9339.
