What they actually do

Start with hormones, because that is what the internet files this floor under, and because that is what the Miami location page leads with.

They publish hormone therapy for men and for women, testosterone for men, bioidentical hormones, HGH for both, a hormone-pellets alternative, a Low-T test, a fatigue-cause test for women, andropause, menopause. The sequence they describe is a discovery conversation, labs, a plan, monitoring. They print that they can only write a prescription if they find a clinical need, and that completing labs and a consult does not guarantee one. One hundred eighty-two people have left Google reviews in the set this page is built on, 4.9 stars, from October 26, 2018 through June 5, 2026. One hundred seventy-five of them are fives. Five are ones. One is a two. One is a four. Their own testimonials page already claims 233 five-star notes. Perfect stacks are easy to collect. This pile is not a 5.0, which is useful. The useful part is not the 4.9. It is what people bother to mention twice, and what the six low notes actually say.

They mention Jovana. They mention Liz. They mention Janine in the chair, Welch on the consult, Juliana with the needle. They mention the elevator, the clean floor, being taken back on time. They mention weekly calls after you leave. They mention Spanish and English in the same week of reviews. They mention hormones plus one extra thing: the weekly shot, the PRP, the hair, the face. They will not tell you the wait on a Tuesday, whether Thursday is really open, what the consult costs, or whether Dominguez is still in the building.

The ones are not mysterious. K. F., February 2026, said friends left on automatic estrogen blockers at ordinary testosterone doses, cookie-cutter, go elsewhere. B. S., September 2025, said they would not stop calling after a no, and used the word crooks. K. R., August 2024, said a representative kept calling back after a hang-up until the number was blocked. D.
