That is a different business than the testosterone mill with a waiting room full of other men, and it is a different door than 2400 SW 69th Avenue, which their own Kendale Lakes page still pastes into the hours block.

From the Palmetto it is Bird west. From Kendall Drive you work north on 137th to 42nd. From Tamiami you drop south on 137th. From Brickell you are on the 836 for a while. This is not a lunch-hour hop from a Brickell garage. Kendale Lakes Plaza with Marshalls and Hobby Lobby sits on Kendall Drive at 137th, a different lot. If you put 2400 SW 69th Ave in the GPS, you will land in Westchester, zip 33155, at Beacon.

Susie Perez is who patients name at this door. Suzanne, Susanne, Suzie, Susy: same NP, Bird Road, over and over from 2024 into 2025. J. P. called her the best NP they had met, tests ordered, refills on time. R. R. said his wife loves Dr. Suzanne Perez. G. B. called Suzanne Perez APRN smart and direct. O. M. walked in, met the front desk, then spent the visit feeling heard. Danielle Seife, APRN, saw j. h. the same day after another provider had dismissed them, ran blood work on site, noticed low airflow on a breath test, and ordered a CT. Yaneysis Hernandez, APRN, is on the primary-care page; reviews spell her Yaneisys. Dr. E. Rodriguez got a five-star in May 2026. They will not tell you, in public, which NP is on Thursday, whether the 8 p.m. urgent-care grid applies to Bird Road (it does not), or what a "wellness visit" costs once insurance is finished with it.

How it feels in the room
