    About Rejuvchip

    Clinic Overview & Credentials

Brickell will sell you a testosterone mill with a valet and a 33131 zip. Zip 33130 is the west side of Brickell, where SW 10th Street meets I-95, the Miami River sits a few blocks north, Mary Brickell Village is across the pavement, and Brickell Metrorail is across the street. 117 SW 10th St is Brickell View Terrace, a ~23-story apartment tower with ground-floor retail. Suite 103 is Club Pilates. Suite 106 is Rejuvchip. That is not Ten Museum Park. That is not 33132. Put 1040 Biscayne in the GPS and you will miss the appointment.

Rejuvchip is Dr. Jabal Uffelman's Brickell pellet room: one board-certified OB-GYN, suite 106, zip 33130. Testosterone implants they call a chip. Peptides, an IV they brand Rejuvfuel, sexual-wellness procedures, and a facial-injectable side door sit on top of that.

The door is suite 106. Miami, FL 33130. Phone (786) 502-3492. Site rejuvchip.com. You book a free consult by calling, or you pick a chair on their booking page: Dr. Jabal in Brickell or Emma Bouilliart, APRN, in Brickell. An old scheduler URL still circulating, /schedule, is dead. Do not use it. Their own Brickell card, on home, contact, booking, services, and the rest of the live pages, prints Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday is not on that card. Saturday is not on that card. Sunday is not on that card. Google currently only stores Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM, which is not the Thursday they print. Leftover Miami copy and an unclaimed aggregator still flip the week: Tuesday 10 to 4, Wednesday 10 to 7, Thursday 10 to 4. Do not import Fort Lauderdale's Monday-through-Friday 9 to 5. Do not import Doral's Tuesday-late / Wednesday-Friday-early grid. Do not import Boca's half-days. Do not import Boston leftover Saturday-and-Sunday buttons. If you only have a lunch hour, get a human on (786) 502-3492 before you sit in 10th Street traffic.

If you are comparing Brickell offices, the rest of the city list is on the Miami clinics page.

    The office on SW 10th

Brickell View Terrace sits in west Brickell / downtown-south, on the SW 10th corridor between I-95 and Brickell Plaza. Mary Brickell Village is the shopping you can walk to. Brickell City Centre is a few blocks toward the bay. The river is north; you are already south of it. Confirm 117. Confirm suite 106. Confirm (786) 502-3492. Confirm the name on the confirmation is Rejuvchip, not Club Pilates, not Doral, not a Biscayne tower.

Parking is the garage next door, not a medical valet stand you can count on. Brickell View Terrace Garage is at 110 SW 9th Street, covered, 24/7, public and residents mixed, no assigned stalls. Universal Parking currently runs it as self-park: $5 for the first 30 minutes, $8 out to an hour, $12 out to two, $16 out to three, $20 for the day. No in-and-out. Height posted around 7 feet. Those numbers move. A leftover parking card still calls the same garage valet-only and names a different operator. Confirm at the ramp. From I-95 you peel toward Brickell and work onto SW 10th. From the Beach it is MacArthur onto I-395, then south. From Coral Gables you work north toward SW 1st Avenue and then onto 10th. Brickell Metrorail is across the street. Tenth Street Promenade Metromover is on SW 1st Avenue / Brickell Plaza, between 10th and 11th, Brickell Loop, free. Do not GPS 10781 NW 41st Street. Their own contact page has leaked a Doral map pin next to the Brickell address. Do not GPS 467 Main Street in Stoneham. Do not GPS 338 Lafayette in Newark.

Dr. Jabal Uffelman, M.D., is who the Brickell booking button names. Board-certified OB-GYN. University of Florida College of Medicine. Residency at Jackson Memorial. He puts anti-aging and aesthetic coursework on the same door as the pellets. Patients call him Dr. Jabal, Dr. Uffelman, and, in at least one Google note, Dr. Brickel. Same man. Leftover copy once said he speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The live team page does not reprint a language list. A Portuguese-language thank-you still says he is fluent and that the chip was painless. Spanish-language notes go back years. If you want the visit in Spanish or Portuguese, say so when you book. Do not assume the chair will be.

Emma Bouilliart, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is the other Brickell booking button. Board-certified family NP. Bioidentical hormones. Botox and filler. D. W. wrote that Emma made the pellet visit comfortable, explained enough that there were almost no questions left, and that the process was quick and painless. You are booking Emma or Jabal in 106. Jacqueline Atkin, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC — Jackie — books Fort Lauderdale, not this suite. Lani Glamoclija, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC, is on the team page and does not have a Brickell button. If you need a specific license in the room, get that name on (786) 502-3492.

The office is older than this tower's retail floor. The Brickell door was announced in January 2020, on top of Doral and Fort Lauderdale. He has also been tied, in leftover professional copy, to Transform Woman's Care on South Andrews in Fort Lauderdale. That is not suite 106. Rejuvchip now prints six-plus doors: Brickell, Doral, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Orlando, a "Boston" address that is 467 Main St, Stoneham, MA 02180, and a newest card for 338 Lafayette Street, Newark, with an (808) number sitting next to a (617) English-and-Spanish line. Confirm you are driving to 10th Street.

    What they actually do

Start with the chip, because that is the name on the door, and because that is what people keep writing down.

The Rejuvchip procedure, as they print it, is bioidentical testosterone pellets pressed into small cylinders — larger than a grain of rice, smaller than a Tic Tac — placed under the skin. They say the pellets come from botanical sources, dissolve on their own, and last 3 to 4 months in women. For men the same page says 4 to 5 months in one paragraph and 5 to 6 months in another. Ask which clock they are using the day you sit down. They print that women often do not get an estradiol pellet here; they argue testosterone alone, and they will talk about an aromatase inhibitor if too much testosterone converts. They name the labs they may draw before they start: for women, FSH, estradiol, free and total testosterone; for men, PSA, sensitive estradiol, testosterone, LH, a liver profile, a blood count; TSH maybe. Men are told to keep a yearly rectal exam with their own doctor. Women are told to keep the mammogram and the Pap. They publish a price band for the insertion: $400 to $1,000, depending on dose and how many pellets, two to four times a year, men on the high side. That is their number, not a promise it is still the number on Thursday. They advertise a free consultation. They do not publish what the labs cost once you are past the free hour.

People come back for years. Maricela wrote, at 55, that she had been using Rejuvchip for seven years, that she did not need anything else for menopause, and that "Dr. Brickel" and "his girls" were attentive. Mia Brodeur has been going for years and says she will not stop. Marjorie, in Spanish, has been his patient for years. Ederly L. sat as a post-menopausal first visit, agreed on testosterone implants, and left with a supplement. That sequence is the office: you do not walk in, point at a board, and leave with a vial. You talk, they may draw, a chip shows up.

Peptides are the other loud product on the live home page, with a Miami-titled page of their own. They do not name a peptide. They do not name a dose. They do not name a price. The copy is energy, healthy aging, recovery, metabolic balance, skin and hair, a consult with Dr. Jabal. Do not assume a brand. Do not assume a waiting room full of other men. If that is why you are coming, you need the name of the compound on the phone.

Rejuvfuel is the IV. They print a 30-to-45-minute drip, glutathione as an add, B12 as a shot that takes seconds. They talk about travel, sun, a busy week. They mention peptides inside the bag copy. There is no drip menu with prices. Ask which bag you are buying, and whether it is actually hanging in 106 that day.

Sexual wellness on the live page is women's work in this suite's copy: RejuvStitch (collagen-inducing threads at the vaginal opening, Dr. Jabal named on the technique), FemiLift (CO2 laser for laxity, dryness, mild leak), RejuvShot (PRP). Leftover provider copy also named Rejuvwave for men. The live sexual-wellness page does not. Ask which visit you booked. Do not assume a men's mill.

Facial aesthetics is the side door: neurotoxin they still call Botox in places, hyaluronic fillers, Sculptra. Three to four months on the toxin, they say. Sculptra is the slow collagen one. There is no unit price.

The rest of the internet will try to hang stem cell, PEMF, red light, hair restoration, and a brain-health chip on this suite. Their live services list does not. Do not drive here for a catalog they did not print.

They will not tell you, in public, whether Thursday really runs to 7, what a Rejuvfuel bag costs, which peptide is in the fridge, or whether Emma or Jabal is in 106 on the day you booked.

How it feels in the room

Thirty people have left Google reviews in the set this page is built on, 4.9 stars, five of them with full text, all of those fives, from February 2023 through September 2025. Their own home widget already prints 4.9. An aggregator already shows 49. A leftover testimonials page claimed 297 notes at 4.94 across every city they work. That last pile is not this door. Perfect-looking stacks are easy to collect. The useful part is not the 4.9. It is what people bother to mention twice.

They mention Jabal. They mention Emma. They mention not being rushed, a pellet that did not hurt, a visit that started on time. J. G. wrote that they know you value your time and that they are extremely punctual, which is a sentence people only bother with after they have sat in other waiting rooms. They mention Spanish and Portuguese in the same brand. They mention years. They will not tell you the wait on a Wednesday, whether Thursday is 4 or 7, what the insert costs this month, or whether Jackie is covering from Broward.

    “

Emma was great with making me feel comfortable. She was very informative which left me with little to no questions. I was very eager to start a treatment to regain my life, and Emma was very helpful in that with a quick and painless process. I can't wait to feel the effects of my pellets.

Very knowledgeable in both holistic and traditional medicine. Staff is amazing. Clean and comfortable setting. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with any of their treatments. An added bonus is they know that you value your time so they are extremely punctual which is very very very hard to find in any medical practice!!!

The parts that will waste a trip if you skip them

The live door this page is about is 117 SW 10th St, Suite 106, Miami, FL 33130, Brickell View Terrace, west Brickell, zip 33130. Not Club Pilates in 103. Not 10781 NW 41st Street in Doral. Not 2307 W Broward Blvd. Not 600 S. Dixie Highway. Not 14650 Gatorland. Not 467 Main St in Stoneham. Not 338 Lafayette in Newark. Not 1040 Biscayne, Ten Museum Park, 33132. If the confirmation says anything other than suite 106 on 10th, or if the number is not (786) 502-3492, ask. Doral's number is (786) 563-0171. Fort Lauderdale is (954) 653-2196. Boca is (561) 245-8368.

Hours are a mess on the internet and printed, for this door, on their own Brickell card. Their card: Tuesday and Thursday 10 to 7, Wednesday and Friday 10 to 4. Monday, Saturday, and Sunday are not listed as open. Google currently only shows Thursday, 10 to 4. Leftover Miami copy and other cards flip Tuesday and Wednesday and keep Thursday at 4. Call (786) 502-3492. If nobody picks up and you only have a lunch hour, you do not have an appointment.

They advertise a free consultation. They publish $400 to $1,000 for pellet insertion and do not post prices for the drip, the peptide, the laser, or the filler. They do not publish in-network insurance. If you need the visit billed to a plan, stop until someone says yes.

The name is a mess. Rejuvchip is what the Brickell cards print. RejuvChip is what the accessibility legal copy and the peptides page print. Rejuv Chip is how a map will split it. REJUVCHIP is how a review shouts it. He coined "chip" because he did not like the word pellet. BioTE is someone else's pellet. Latin American rooms sell a chip de rejuvenecimiento that is not this suite. Confirm 106 and the 3492 number.

Parking is the garage on SW 9th. It is public. It is not in-and-out. Bring a card. Do not assume a validation.

    FAQs

Who will I see at Rejuvchip in Brickell? Dr. Jabal Uffelman, M.D., board-certified OB-GYN, University of Florida, Jackson Memorial. Patients call him Dr. Jabal, Dr. Uffelman, and sometimes Dr. Brickel. Emma Bouilliart, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is the other Brickell booking button: family NP, hormones, Botox and filler. Jackie books Fort Lauderdale. Lani is on the team page without a Brickell button. If you need a specific license on the door, get that name when you call (786) 502-3492.

What does Rejuvchip actually offer in suite 106? Testosterone pellets they brand as the Rejuvchip procedure, for men and women, with labs they name and a published insertion band of $400 to $1,000. On top of that they publish peptide consults they do not name, Rejuvfuel IVs with glutathione and B12 shots, women's sexual wellness (RejuvStitch, FemiLift, RejuvShot), and facial injectables (neurotoxin, fillers, Sculptra). It is not a men's mill, not Club Pilates next door, and not a stem-cell catalog they printed.

Where is it, and can I park? Suite 106 at 117 SW 10th Street, Miami, FL 33130, Brickell View Terrace, west Brickell / downtown-south, zip 33130. Garage at 110 SW 9th Street: self-park, posted $5 / $8 / $12 / $16 / $20 depending on how long you stay, no in-and-out, about 7 feet of clearance. Brickell Metrorail is across the street. Tenth Street Promenade Metromover is on SW 1st. Phone (786) 502-3492. Site: rejuvchip.com. Do not GPS 10781 NW 41st. Do not GPS 1040 Biscayne.

What are the hours? Some listings only show Thursday 10 to 4. Their own Brickell card prints Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday and Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Saturday, and Sunday are not listed as open. Google currently only shows Thursday, 10 AM to 4 PM. Leftover Miami copy and other cards flip Tuesday and Wednesday and keep Thursday at 4. Fort Lauderdale 9 to 5 is not this door. Boston leftover Saturday is not this door. If you only have a lunch hour, call (786) 502-3492 before you drive onto 10th.

How do I book? Call (786) 502-3492, or book Brickell at booking.rejuvchip.site/dr-jabal-uffelman-brickell or booking.rejuvchip.site/emma-bouilliart-aprn-brickell. The live hub is rejuvchip.com/booking. The old /schedule link is dead. Ask which visit you are buying: the chip, an IV, peptides, sexual wellness, or a filler. Ask who will be in 106.

Do they take insurance, and what does it cost? They do not publish in-network insurance. They advertise a free consult. They publish $400 to $1,000 for pellet insertion, depending on dose, two to four times a year. They do not post prices for Rejuvfuel, peptides, FemiLift, or Sculptra. Ask for the number that matches the visit before you park.

Is this Rejuv Chip, RejuvChip, BioTE, Club Pilates, Doral, or Ten Museum Park? No, a spelling, no, next door, no, and a different tower. This is suite 106 at 117 SW 10th St, Miami, FL 33130, (786) 502-3492. Rejuvchip is the brand the Brickell cards print. RejuvChip is the legal/peptides spelling. Rejuv Chip is a map split. BioTE is someone else's pellet. Club Pilates is suite 103. Doral is 10781 NW 41st, (786) 563-0171. Ten Museum Park is 1040 Biscayne, 33132. Confirm 106 and the 3492 number.
